Production & Export Process

In our factory, we follow precise and organized steps that begin with receiving fresh fish from the Arabian Sea and end with delivering them frozen to customers, ensuring the highest levels of quality and food safety.

The fish are evaluated for quality and sorted according to their sizes and grades to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.

The fish are washed, prepared, and weighed, then processed to meet various customer preferences.

The fish are placed in a freezing room at -40°C until the internal temperature of the fish reaches -18°C, the optimal level to stop any bacterial growth and preserve the fish’s quality and nutritional value.

The fish are transferred from the freezers to cold storage rooms, where the temperature is maintained at a constant -18°C, after being packed in reinforced, specially designed cardboard boxes.

The products are transported in special refrigerated trucks to reach customers with the same quality as fresh fish.
